Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products offered through the website www.ngbsports.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by 3F ONLINE BUSINESS S.L., trading as NGB Sports (“NGB Sports”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing or using the Website, you expressly and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order for any product through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with any specific terms that may apply to particular products or promotions.
NGB Sports may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time an order is placed will apply to that order. Customers are therefore encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

3. Products
The products offered through the Website, together with their main characteristics and prices, are displayed on the relevant product pages.
Product photographs, images, descriptions and other visual materials are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products. However, the physical appearance of products received may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Website due to factors such as screen settings, manufacturing variations or updates to product design, packaging or materials.
NGB Sports reserves the right to determine, at any time, which products and services are offered through the Website. We may add new products, modify existing products or discontinue products without prior notice.
Where a customer account is required or created in connection with a purchase, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Customers must keep their account credentials confidential and must not allow unauthorised third parties to access their account.
To complete a purchase, customers must follow the instructions displayed during the checkout process. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any specific conditions applicable to the selected products.
4. Product Availability and Substitutions
NGB Sports aims to ensure that all products displayed on the Website are available for purchase. However, product availability may occasionally change due to stock limitations, operational issues or unforeseen circumstances.
If an ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, NGB Sports will inform the customer by email as soon as reasonably possible. We may notify the customer of an expected delay and dispatch the product once it becomes available again.
Where legally permitted, NGB Sports may offer a replacement product of similar or higher quality and value at no additional cost. The customer may accept or reject the proposed replacement.
If all or part of an order is unavailable and the customer does not accept a proposed replacement, any amount already paid for the unavailable product or products will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Purchase Process and Order Confirmation
To place an order through the Website, customers must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Customers may be required to provide personal and contact information necessary to process the order. The customer confirms that all information provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with NGB Sports’ Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email containing the main details of the purchase, including the products ordered, the total amount paid and any applicable delivery charges.
Where applicable, an invoice or purchase receipt will be issued and sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
6. Prices, Shipping Charges and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, product prices are displayed in Euros.
The prices shown on the Website are those applicable at the time the order is placed. NGB Sports may change product prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory fees will be displayed to the customer during the checkout process before the order is submitted.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery destination, selected delivery method, order value, promotional conditions or other relevant factors. Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown before the customer completes the purchase.
7. Payment Methods
NGB Sports accepts the payment methods made available during the checkout process, which may include payment by credit or debit card.
Payments are processed through secure payment service providers. NGB Sports does not store complete customer payment card details.
Where an order is cancelled or a refund is due, the relevant amount will generally be reimbursed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Personal and payment-related information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and security legislation, as well as NGB Sports’ Privacy Policy.
8. Statutory Legal Guarantee
Products purchased through the Website are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable Spanish consumer protection law.
For consumer sales of goods, NGB Sports is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within three years from delivery, subject to the conditions and limitations established by applicable law.
This statutory guarantee covers manufacturing defects and failures of conformity with the contract.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, misuse, inadequate care, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or alterations, or damage arising from external causes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the customer’s statutory rights.
9. Liability and Remedies for Lack of Conformity
If a product does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to request that the product be brought into conformity, including through repair or replacement, or to request a price reduction or termination of the contract where the legal requirements for those remedies are met.
Repair or replacement, where applicable, will be provided free of charge to the customer and within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which it was acquired.
If, after repair, the product remains non-conforming, the customer may be entitled to request a replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Where the customer qualifies as a consumer, any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or an order placed through the Website will be submitted to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the consumer’s domicile, where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of habitual residence.

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
