Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
This Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to purchases made by consumers and users from NGB Sports.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection legislation, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws (the “Spanish Consumer Protection Act”), consumers and users have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The customer will not incur any cost as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, other than the costs expressly permitted under Articles 107(2) and 108 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify NGB Sports of their decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. The customer may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of this policy.

NGB Sports will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request by email or another durable medium.
Return of Goods
Once the customer has notified NGB Sports of their decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal notification was sent.
Unless NGB Sports has expressly agreed to bear the return costs, the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, in accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
After receiving the withdrawal request, NGB Sports will provide the customer with the applicable return address and return instructions. The customer does not need NGB Sports’ prior approval to validly exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, provided that the withdrawal notice is sent within the applicable legal period.
The customer may arrange and pay for the return shipment independently, using a carrier of their choice, to the address provided by NGB Sports. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are adequately packaged and sent safely.
Customers arranging their own return are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of dispatch until the refund has been completed.
Alternatively, NGB Sports may arrange the return shipment on the customer’s behalf. Where the customer expressly chooses this option, the applicable direct return-shipping cost will be communicated in advance and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Returned goods should include all accessories, labels, promotional items and other components supplied with the order. Where reasonably possible, customers should use the original packaging or otherwise suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Condition of Returned Textile and Wearable Products
Textile and wearable products may be inspected and tried on only to the extent necessary to establish their size, fit, feel, characteristics and functioning, as they would be in a physical shop.
Such products must not be worn, washed, used for sporting, training or other activities, or otherwise used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection.
Products returned with signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, including wear, stretching, sweat marks, dirt, odour, stains, scuffing, laundering, removed labels, damage, or any other evidence of use, may be subject to a deduction from the refund to reflect the resulting reduction in value.
Any deduction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be limited to the actual reduction in the value of the returned goods, in accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, NGB Sports will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by NGB Sports, where applicable.
In accordance with Article 107(2) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, where the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by NGB Sports, NGB Sports will not be required to reimburse the additional cost arising from that selection.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which NGB Sports was informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.
NGB Sports may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The customer will not incur any fee as a result of the refund.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Deliveries
If, at the time of delivery, the customer notices that a parcel is visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, they should contact NGB Sports as soon as possible and preferably within three calendar days of delivery.
To help NGB Sports investigate the matter with the carrier, customers should email hola@notgolfbrand.com, including their order number and clear photographs showing the condition of the parcel and, where applicable, the affected product.
Reporting visible transport damage within this timeframe helps us process a carrier claim efficiently, but it does not limit the customer’s statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Once the report has been received, NGB Sports will contact the customer with instructions for the return, replacement or refund process.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, NGB Sports will bear the reasonable return costs and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this policy affects the customer’s statutory rights.
