Shipping Policy

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout, in accordance with the selected delivery method and the availability of the relevant shipping service in the destination country.

Delivery Areas

We ship to Spain, Europe and the rest of the world, except where logistics, customs, legal or carrier restrictions prevent delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, product availability and any circumstances beyond NGB Sports’ control.

Delivery Method

Orders are dispatched through specialist courier and delivery providers.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available through the relevant carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times, calculated from order confirmation and preparation, are as follows:

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Europe and Spain islands: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond NGB Sports’ control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, high-demand periods or operational incidents.

Where an item is out of stock, made to order, available for pre-order, or subject to any other particular condition, delivery times may be extended. Where applicable, this will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.

Customs, Duties and International Deliveries

For deliveries to countries outside Europe, an order may be eligible for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, depending on the destination country, the available carrier service and the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

Where an order is shipped under DDP terms, applicable duties, taxes and import charges will be included in, or displayed during, the checkout process where possible.

Where an order is not eligible for DDP shipping, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or handling charges imposed by the relevant authorities or carrier in the destination country.

NGB Sports shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or for any additional import-related charges that were not expressly included in the order.
